A few days ago I get a GMail-Account for testing issues. GMail offeres a heap of data space (1GB) but scan the mailcontent for offering personal advertising. This means that it is impossible to controll if Google is sniffing personal data from the users. Also the Webinterface is an mixture of ugly colours, unusable so-called feautures and the bad end ist the missing possibility of receiving mail over POP3s or something like this. As a result, after shredding Gmail, I’m going to delete my account because it is unusable.
