As a result of my shopping session, the feeling of not being sure relating my gender, grows more and more. Reallife damage
New school, new part of life. No, thats a fool, everything is as boring as before. But I don’t plan to give up in the last(!) year. The only gleam of hope is the possibility of self-excusing (restricted to 10 times a year)

Nothing really new. Fixed two dirty bugs in meno_cm. Looking one time more in Mozilla source (*urks*), will never do it again. The content of coding guideline seems to be “as ugly as even possible”.

Again the hard life beginn. School is going on, my complete biological frequency will be destroyed. Getting up before 2 PM. But I will enjoy the rest of holiday, on saturday first release for meno_cm, a full-featured content managment system will be done. Currently I’m focus my work on the abstraction-layer between database-backend and frontend. Also the news-module must be repaired again, and many things more. I hope I will take it!

OK, today one more complete moralic article. The day before yesterday I tried to fix the electric lead on my laptop. I’ve checked out, that the problem was not to correct while fixing only the cable but to fix the female connector. I tried to take a look by seperating the laptop and I failed terrificly. While reconstructing the laptop, I forgot to put the second RAM in it. It was a very funny feeling running Xorg with only 128MB Ram.
Reallife
Ray Charles released a new album, called Genious loves Company. Great music, really great artists but copy protected and so I cannot play it with Linux. I bought it anyhow but it was not possible to backup the CD for my music compilation.

It is a problem of, maybe, more than a year. My desktop machine, an Athlon XP with a crappy nVidia-Stuff like motherboard and on-board(!) graphic chip, refused to work with Kernel 2.6.x for a long time. On Monday I bought a new graphic card, an ATI Radeon 9200. While searching in the BIOS for the option to switch between the different graphic chips I found the option to select PCI access-mode. There was APIC an PIC as Options. APIC was enabled and worked well but prevents me from using 2.6.x. Now I’m running 2.6.8.1 and it workes just fine. Framebuffer, ACPI and so on.
